Adult Fitness

Adult fitness provides high intensity interval training for improved accuracy, balance, coordination, cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, speed, strength, precision and velocity.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Boot Camp For Boys - 9 Years + - 2 Hour Class

This class is designed for athletic development.  The focus of the class is on agility, balance, coordination and speed.  As well as training in strength, power, spatial awareness and focus.  This class will help your boy become a very well rounded athlete.

REMINDER: 

all notifications regarding class changes and gym closures are sent via email.  

PROGRAMS, CAMP AND BIRTHDAY PAYMENTS ARE DUE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM.
